  • Content Creation
    • WebHEAT provides content writing services as an integral part of many of our optimization packages. Your pre-approval of all posted content will insure that a quality campaign of well-written and approved content establishes your internet profile in a manner consistent with your corporate message.
  • Reporting
    • Each month, WebHEAT delivers a complete report of posting and keyword placement activities, which include the domain links, topics posted, username, and password for logging into the site. You will be able to spot check the work with our reporting tools to insure the quality and consistency of your campaigns. We also recommend and use Goggle Analytics tools if they are implemented in your website, and can help you install the tracking code if you do not currently use it.
  • Site Selection
    • At the outset of a campaign, WebHEAT performs research to identify worthy targets for your social marketing strategy. We insure that all potential sites meet minimum requirements before submitting our target list for your review. Once you approve the list we provide, we go to work posting. Our minimum requirements for posting to a site include:
      • Page Rank – All web sites must have a minimum PR 2 on the Google Page Rank Scale
      • Localization – All web sites must be in a language and country specified by the customer prior to posting.
      • Allow Signature Links – All web sites and blogs must allow our post to insert a link pointing back to your site and allow the use of keyword titles in the anchor text.
      • Does not use No Follow – Some site operators will allow comments but insert a robot no follow tag in the page where your comments or post are displayed. This prevents your post from being seen by the search engines. We do not post on pages that insert a no follow tag.
      • Relevant Active Community – All posts are targeted for relevant active communities – context is important in selecting the communities in which we post and we work to insure on topic postings where applicable.
